In this workshop, you will experience gentle warm-ups to stimulate circulation lower back and maximize joint mobility in the hip area, asanas and flowing sequences to strengthen and stabilize the hips and knees as well as yin and restorative poses for deep stretching and relaxation.
This workshop will give you an overview of how yoga can help support your pregnancy thru all trimesters.This is also a great workshop for teachers who want to understand how to work with pregnant students in their yoga classes.
This 3 hour workshop will focus on familiarizing yourself with the do’s and don'ts of working with prenatal students within your yoga classes.
