In this workshop we will breaking down the fundamentals behind learning how to arm balance, with a specific focus on Crow and Side Crow, maybe even Eka Pada Koundinyasana!
We will be exploring a variety of strength building exercises designed to give you the upper body and core strength needed to support your body, but more importantly how to intelligently use your core intelligence and mental focus to find the freedom and courage to fly.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, so if you are curious on how to start incorporating arm balances into your workshop, this workshop is designed for you. If you can support a healthy plank pose or chaturunga, you are ready to start flying! You will come away with a variety of techniques and tips that you can immediately begin to apply in your group yoga classes.
