Inspired to raise money for VH1's Save the Music, this vinyasa and movement meditation class brings yoga and live music together with a fun and upbeat vibe.
VH1's Save the Music is a non profit organization that brings music education into schools. They are dedicated to restoring instrumental music education in American's public schools, and raising awareness about the importance of music as part of each child's complete education. The benefits of music education are many, including facilitating language, emotional development, mastery of memorization, increased coordination, discipline and success in school and making music brings joy and raises one's vibration!
