Join us for a very special event that will feature a sweet and slow, fun and funky, and then deeply restorative yoga experience accompanied with incredible live music by James Webler. This ninety minute class will end with a satsang, and some Kombucha and wine.
“We need magic, and bliss, power, myth, and celebration in our lives, and music is a good way to encapsulate a lot of it.”
~ Jerry Garcia
This practice is designed to ease physical tension and unblock congested energy centers in the body. You will step into a rhythmic flow of mind body and soul, heighten your senses, and leave feeling profoundly revitalized.
Kaia's own Instructor Lexy Tomaino will lead this blissful class with instrumental accompaniment by the one and only Yogi James Webler, who will create the perfect soundtrack to a deeply transformative practice. When he plays in a class all the yogis float home to their hearts. In addition to being a trained musician and locally beloved performer, he is also an avid yoga practitioner and a 200 hour yoga teacher.
In college, James taught himself guitar, piano, and mandolin. He played at his college's Java House and created some songs that were musically and lyrically improvised. James played in New York City for a couple of year in the early 2000.
