This series of Yoga Wall Intensives can help you to build strength and improve your range of motion. Using the yoga wall and other props, you will learn to target, isolate, stretch and strengthen the muscles that will help you move into a deeper range of flexibility with relative ease.
This session will focus on: Using various wall poses to open the lower back, legs and hips. The areas of concentration will include standing postures, forward bends, hamstrings and hips
