This series of Yoga Wall Intensives can help you to build strength and improve your range of motion. Using the yoga wall and other props, you will learn to target, isolate, stretch and strengthen the muscles that will help you move into a deeper range of flexibility with relative ease.
This session will focus on: Opening your chest, upper back and shoulder girdle. The areas of concentration will include increasing shoulder range of motion and learning to engage the muscles of the back body while releasing the front body to create deeper and more supported backbends.
