All too often it can feel like our spiritual practice is a special “me” space – a place where we can clarify our own state of mind and direction. That is, of course, a great starting point, but will meditation make us a better lover, a better friend, a better companion, a better partner, a better boss, a better employee, a better parent, child, uncle or aunt? How deep has our practice penetrated into our everyday life? These Thursday Workshops will include talks and lively discussion as well as meditation instruction and practice. Practitioners of all levels welcome.
