Mindfulness has been scientifically documented to increase focus, clarity, stability and productivity. - also to decrease stress and anxiety and relax the grip of habitual negative emotions.
In the workshop, we will explore this time-honored meditation practice and these wonderful benefits, but we are also going to take a peek at the relationship between mindfulness, creativity, and spontaneity -
and perhaps the lighter side of our sometimes very serious "spiritual" journey..
