Join us this Valentine’s Day for a fun filled Partner Yoga class. A great way to celebrate this day of connection by partnering up to practice yoga.
In this workshop we will learn to support each other in poses aligning our bodies, creating balance and becoming present. No experience necessary; this workshop is for newbies and experienced yogis alike.
Partner yoga challenges your balance, strength and flexability while requiring trust and surrender to support one another in a pose. You may use muscles you never have before or learn something new and fun about your body that you can bring into your own personal asana practice. This workshop is a great way to introduce a new friend, family member or partner to the benefits of yoga.
