Lia Allen's passion for food brought her to Switzerland for university where she discovered that a healthier, more personalized approach suited her best. Having worked as a personal chef for a Lyme based anti-inflammatory diet, for cancer patients, and for people with a wide range of allergies, she has over 10 years of experience in specialized diets and food relationships. She received her certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Foundation.
