This series of Yoga Wall Intensives can help you to build strength and improve your range of motion. Using the yoga wall and other props, you will learn to target, isolate, stretch and strengthen the muscles that will help you move into a deeper range of flexibility with relative ease.
Focusing on: Shoulders, Arms and Back bending Opening your upper back thru the support of the wall. Learning to engage your shoulders to free your chest and fall back into the support of the wall for deeper backbends.
