A 90 minute workshop combining the best of yoga and interval training. This is the ultimate summer tune up for your body, mind and spirit. Come prepared to have fun while you work hard building strength and flexibility.
The class will begin as a all yoga classes do with centering, a warm up and sun salutations. The bootcamp portion of the class will be about 30 minutes. We will finish with backbends, stretching and a well earned savasana.
