Come and explore Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra and discover a deeper understanding of why and what we are “practicing” on our yoga mat. Yoga is a means to engage our senses and a path to control the mind leading to great happiness, awareness and understanding of our true self. We will look at how Patanjali described “practice” and take a deeper look at the 8-limbs.
