Every single body is different and unique—so why does it sometimes seem like all yoga poses are supposed to look the same? Yoga is not about how we look doing it—it's about recognizing the powerful connection between our breath, our body, and our overall sense of well-being.
During this weeklong yoga immersion, you take time to really tune in and focus on your one-of-a-kind body's specific needs. Deepen your connection through daily sessions in asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation. Each morning, you experience invigorating vinyasa practice and receive individual attention on pose alignment. Each afternoon, explore restorative poses, relaxation, guided visualization, and goal meditation.
Gain a new appreciation for your breath as your most powerful anti-stress and anxiety tool, develop a better understanding of alignment from the inside out, and leave with the foundation you need to continue a daily practice at home.
All levels are welcome; no previous experience is required.
