Often our meditation practice leads inward, working with our own mind and body, developing greater strength, clarity, precision and stability to deal with the challenges of everyday life. That is definitely the ground and basis for living a richer and more fulfilling life.
In this workshop we will begin to explore what could be said to be the next stage of practice - exploring how we work with and care for others, how we extend our sense of well being to include those around us near and far, friend, foe and and "neutrals".
The workshop will include meditation instruction, practice and open discussion. All levels welcome.
