Down The Rabbit Hole -
How to Stay Present in Meditation & Every Day Life.
For many of us, when we try to meditate, we cannot help but notice that our internal narrative, thoughts of past and present experiences and scenarios, persistently and repeatedly draw our attention away from our awareness of the breath and the present moment.
Sometimes we might feel that we are not really very good at this meditation thing!
The real exercise, however, is simply to notice when our mind wanders and then gently, without judgment, bring our attention back to our breath and the present moment.
So to be clear, we neither try to repress our thoughts, nor do we follow them down the rabbit hole of distraction and elaboration.
This workshop is open to all levels. Everyone is welcome. There will be a talk, lively discussion, meditation practice and instruction
