Yin Yoga is a passive style of yoga that uses long holds in deep stretching postures to release tension in your muscles and connective tissues. Practicing in this way could be the secret to unlocking your tight areas.
In this workshop, Elizabeth will lead a slow and mindful sequence through hip openers. We’ll go progressively deeper to release long held stress and tightness from the hips, hamstrings and lower back.
Plenty of options and modifications will be given for practitioners at every level as well as injuries or pregnancies.
