Learn to get upside-down or ramp up your existing inversion practice with Angela Kilcullen
In this fun and informative workshop you will learn necessary tools to develop and expand a safe and confident inversion practice. We’ll start with a flow sequence to warm up the body and strengthen the core and shoulders.
Then we’ll break down the essentials to prepare for headstand, forearm stand and handstand. We’ll also shake things up and try some interesting inversion variations.
Early registration is highly recommended, as space is limited!
