Mindfulness Meditation has many wonderful and verifiable benefits - like reducing stress and strengthening focus and stability - but none at all if we don’t actually make the time to practice.
We can develop clarity about the benefits and the method, a strong intention to make space for practice in our everyday lives, and a light-handed but serious effort to stick with it when it’s going smoothly and when it’s challenging. Benefits to follow!
Workshop will include meditation instruction and practice, talk and discussion. All levels welcome.
