This series of Yoga Wall Intensives can help you to build strength and improve your range of motion. Using the yoga wall and other props, you will learn to target, isolate, stretch and strengthen the muscles that will help you move into a deeper range of flexibility with relative ease.
This session will focus on: Foundations of a wall practice and twists. Join Mike to learn the ins and outs of how to use the yoga wall, safety precautions and structure of a wall class, with an emphasis on twists. Basic wall set-ups used for standing postures, forward bends, backbends and restorative poses will be introduced
