I personally know that many of you are working on your handstand, and where we may have a little extra time at home these days, why not work on it TOGETHER! I am doing it by myself anyways and it it would so much MORE fun to be with YOU!
In each of the hour segments in this 4 week series, we will explore:
* the many ways to properly prepare and warm the body up for a handstand practice
* the various ways of getting in and out of handstand safely with lots of alignment techniques and tips
* various ways to build strength and flexibility for handstand
* many variations such a straight handstand, L-shape, stag leg, split leg, scorpion, etc. and ways to start incorporating handstands into your Vinyasa practice
Level/Requirements: a steady vinyasa practice and the ability to get yourself to the wall. Space is limited so that I can observe and coach you from the computer.
