Wrist and hand
You will explore:
How yoga can promote health and general well-being
The role of the nervous system in pain and movement
How to recognize and understand movement habits and imbalances in the spine, shoulders and arms.
The curriculum and reading assignments will be made available two weeks prior, allowing for rich hands-on exploration through in-depth partner work, nurturing adjustments and the use of yoga props.
This training will be helpful for yoga and other movement teachers.
