When it comes to forward bending, how many times have you heard – or thought: “I just can’t go any further. My hamstrings are too tight!!” … While that may be true, I’ll let you in on a little secret … it’s not just your hamstrings, it is your whole back body – from your toes to the tip of your nose.
Join me at the Yoga Wall for two solid hours of fun, hard work and several “ah-ha” moments while you learn how to open up those back-body muscles – and some on the front, too – that habitually keep you from going deeper into your forward bends. By using a variety of props and working with the straps and harnesses on the yoga wall, you will learn how to access and apply new muscular connections.
These connections will allow you to increase your range of motion and access deeper forward bends in all your postures.
