Advanced Hot Flow : Inversions

From February 14th-March 7, Holly will be leading a 4 week, 75 minute hot advanced (level 2/3) Vinyasa class each with a specific focus.
Week 1:Inversions
Week 2: Arm Balancing
Week 3: Backbends & The Flip Grip (Eka Pada Raja Kapotasanas)
Week 4: Splits

We will practice a hot flow in this class then explore several variations and instructional breakdowns. Please bring your own mats, straps, blocks, and most importantly, a playful attitude.

Yin balances Yang

March 21st

$35 - After 3/7 $40

The principle idea of Yin and Yang is that things exist inseparable contradictory opposites.
Like Moon and Sun, Female and Male, Cool and Warm, Soft and Hard, Water and Fire, and so on and on, there are countless of Yin and Yang around us.

The two opposites of Yin and Yang attract and complement each other. Yin has Yang element in it, so as Yang has Yin in it. A correct balance between the two must be reached in order to achieve harmony in our life.

In “Yin balances Yang ”workshop, we will focus on the harmony to balance Yin and Yang elements in our body to prepare for Yang season/ Spring to come. Spring is a long awaited, quite winter dormancy moves into the reawakening of life, let’s refresh, rejuvenate and clean out what no longer serves you physically and emotionally!
