Thai Massage when it’s practiced as a heart-felt exchange is a gift that keeps on giving. By definition it’s as good for the person offering it as the person who receives it, physically, emotionally, spiritually. That makes it a perfect gift for couples, friends, loved ones who want to help each other feel amazing and deepen their bonds.

The Ayurveda Foundation Program is a streamlined online Ayurveda training program open to all as a lifestyle immersion into the Ayurvedic view of life, health, and healing. Learn the fundamentals of Ayurveda wellness for life, for family, friends and community. Open to anyone interested in a living practice of Ayurveda and a long, healthy life. The Ayurveda Foundation Program allows us to go beneath the surface to reveal our hidden nature and what Ayurveda has to say about you specifically. Our life, health, and even our yoga depends upon it. Ayurveda is considered a broader practice of yoga in which we learn to integrate (yoke) who we are within with the outer changing world of the elements, seasons, food and lifestyle trends, and all that we need to stay in balance - which as you know is complicated and a very personal process. Our life depends upon an accurate view of who we are and how nature works. An inaccurate view create disease. An accurate view create vitality and consciousness. We invite you to join us this Summer to have a life changing dialogue to deepen and broaden our perspectives, to hone them, to be more true to who we are. The 12 days of this training allows us the needed time to reflect on ourselves and integrate the wisdom of Ayurveda into a personal practice. That is where Ayurveda awakens and the big magic begins.
