Ayurveda Foundation Program

March 19-21, April 9-11, April 30 - May 2, and May 21-23

The Ayurveda Foundation Program is a streamlined online Ayurveda training program open to all as a lifestyle immersion into the Ayurvedic view of life, health, and healing. Learn the fundamentals of Ayurveda wellness for life, for family, friends and community. Open to anyone interested in a living practice of Ayurveda and a long, healthy life. The Ayurveda Foundation Program allows us to go beneath the surface to reveal our hidden nature and what Ayurveda has to say about you specifically. Our life, health, and even our yoga depends upon it. Ayurveda is considered a broader practice of yoga in which we learn to integrate (yoke) who we are within with the outer changing world of the elements, seasons, food and lifestyle trends, and all that we need to stay in balance - which as you know is complicated and a very personal process. Our life depends upon an accurate view of who we are and how nature works. An inaccurate view create disease. An accurate view create vitality and consciousness. We invite you to join us this Summer to have a life changing dialogue to deepen and broaden our perspectives, to hone them, to be more true to who we are. The 12 days of this training allows us the needed time to reflect on ourselves and integrate the wisdom of Ayurveda into a personal practice. That is where Ayurveda awakens and the big magic begins.

Elin's Yin Yoga Workshop

April 18th

This workshop is designed to compliment your other physical activity or simply to take a break from our busy lives. Yin Yoga uses deep restorative body work to improve joint mobility and range of motion, relieve muscle tension, reduce pain and the effects of stress and overuse. Poses are held for several minutes, with an emphasis on quiet stillness - both in the body and the mind. Deep, passive stretching helps improve flexibility by moving beyond the muscle and into the body's soft connective tissue. This practice will leave you feeling relaxed, renewed and restored.
