We will be hosting a once a month class that support and bring awareness to a new cause. These donation classes are a great way for us a practitioners to give back and support amazing non profit organizations by doing what we love practicing yoga! Join us as a community to raise awareness and help make a change.
This month we will have a challenging slow-flow vinyasa class designed to build tapas - internal heat - and deeper openings through focused breath work and longer holding times.
