In this workshop we will use the slow, quiet practice of Yin Yoga to move from a state of anxiety to a state of calm. We will explore breathing and meditation techniques within the poses and learn to observe our stress, rather then engage with it. Expect a relaxing, full body stretch and deep connection to self.
