As women, throughout our lifetimes, our bodies go through an incredible amount of changes- from the premenstrual period all the way through our childbearing years and into menopause and beyond.
The practice of Yoga teaches us to honor our bodies, and to learn how to find, create and sustain balance, flow, and ease through all of the stages of our life. In this special workshop just for women, Jessica Bellofatto, longtime teacher and practitioner of Yoga, mother of three, and certified aromatherapist will guide students through a sequence of postures designed to balance our hormones, reduce stress (and thus cortisol levels), increase 'happy' hormones, and restore a sense of well being and vitality.
This class will also incorporate essential oils known to be especially helpful for women and hormone balance and will be followed by a discussion and Q and A.
