The wall is a powerful guide and reference point that can help us better understand about our yoga practice in a new way. It can be used to enhance our alignment, and cultivate our bodily awareness when practicing.
In this workshops, Danit Schreiber will teach you how to use the wall in the active flow of vinyasa, as well as in a slower pace styles of yin yoga and restorative poses.
The workshop will include primer standing poses, inversions, back bends, and twists, all at the wall. At the second part of it, all at the wall, we will move to a slower pace of yin style, holding poses for longer periods of time. And to finish we will move into supported restorative poses. Guided pranayama and savasana will complete the practice. The workshop suits all levels of practitioners. The teacher will help you to modify your practice according to your specific needs.
