But let’s face it, getting regular massage from a professional can be hard to coordinate with a busy schedule, and still leave you wishing for a quick fix between sessions. Enter Self Massage Balls!
This workshop will be done in yoga clothes and on a yoga mat, but will actually be like receiving a deep tissue massage! Elizabeth will guide you through her tried and true favorite uses of the massage balls from feet to head to leave you in full body bliss!
This workshop is open to all levels and includes a set of Massage Balls for you to take home!
