More Than a Training—A Path to Purposeful Teaching
“I really loved the experience. I came in with a foundation in teaching, and the training helped me fine-tune how I deliver classes in a way that stays true to Kaia’s method while still feeling authentic to me. It gave me helpful structure and clarity that supports both my teaching style and the client experience.
My biggest takeaway was feeling a deeper connection to the Kaia community. I’ve always taught from a place of love and authenticity, and this training helped me understand how to bring that into a shared method while staying true to myself. It gave me a clearer sense of how we all contribute to something bigger.”

Curriculum
-
Week 1: In-Studio Session (Wallingford Studio, 11am–7pm)
We will cover the Kaia Methodology and the fundamentals of a Kaia signature class across the four themes. We will provide a sequence structure to help you remain creative yet disciplined in your teaching. All trainees will participate in practice teaching and attend a class taught by the trainer.
-
Weeks 2–5: Virtual Sessions & In-Studio Participation
One of the fundamentals of being a teacher is maintaining a home practice and attending studio classes. We ask that you take and observe at least one class per week, including virtual options. You will have assignments to discuss and fine-tune during our weekly Zoom calls. We will work through your warm-up vinyasa and the fundamentals of Kaia Signature, Align, Power, and Complete classes, learning how to adapt your signature class for any level. Each virtual session will include teaching components for practice.
-
Week 6: In-Studio Session (Wallingford Studio, 11am–7pm)
Following a class with the trainer, each participant will teach their signature class and receive real-time feedback. This is an invaluable opportunity to fine-tune your teaching and smooth out transitions in your sequencing. We will also cover inversion prep and hands-on assists for these postures.
