Our studio is centrally located, just steps from the train station and right above Riko’s Pizza. You’ll find the entrance at the back of the building—look for the double doors next to Riko’s rear entrance, then head upstairs.
Step inside our beautiful, sunlit space, featuring a state-of-the-art infrared heating system for an elevated practice experience.

and a cozy boutique stocked with yoga accessories, essential oils, gifts, mat rentals, and water for purchase.
Heated Classes at Darien ( & occasional non hot classes)
The floor is heated and there are infrared heat panels bringing the room to 95 degrees.
