Welcome to Kaia Yoga North Haven
This peaceful loft-style studio offers non-heated classes only, with room temperatures ranging from 72–75°F for optimal comfort.
Located in the heart of downtown North Haven, our studio is housed in a beautifully renovated 1930s firehouse, complete with exposed brick walls and antique chandeliers — adding timeless charm and character to your practice space.
Amenities:
Water for purchase available, Yoga mat rental is free, Yoga essentials for sale. Showers are available for your convenience.
Parking:
There are spots surrounding the building — just avoid the two 30-minute spaces. Additional parking is available in the open lot behind Ludal’s.
Getting to the studio:
Enter through the right side of the building, walk into the lobby, go up the staircase, and you’ll arrive at our serene loft studio.
