This 20-hour Kids Yoga Teacher Training is designed for school teachers, yoga teachers, parents, caregivers, and anyone who wants to share the benefits of yoga with children in a meaningful, engaging, and age-appropriate way.
Through movement, breathwork, mindfulness, storytelling, games, and creative play, you’ll discover how to make yoga accessible, fun, and enriching for children. You’ll explore ways to support children’s physical development, emotional awareness, focus, self-regulation, creativity, and confidence while creating a safe and welcoming space where every child can feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
Whether you’re a yoga teacher looking to expand your teaching or an educator hoping to bring more movement and mindfulness into your classroom, this training will offer practical tools, fresh inspiration, and adaptable practices you can begin using right away.
Together, we’ll explore how to create engaging classes and meaningful moments that nurture not only the body, but also the mind, heart, and spirit.
You don’t need to be a kids yoga expert to begin — just a willingness to learn, play, and connect.
Leave feeling inspired and empowered to share the gifts of yoga with the children around you, helping them build skills that support them both on and off the mat. We will provide a sequence and template for teaching a kids yoga class through a solid structure, so you will leave the training ready to teach what you’ve learned.
