    Ashtanga “Mysore Style”: Self-practice style where students move through a set sequence of postures at their own pace, guided by a teacher

    Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series Class: foundational sequence of Ashtanga Yoga, a dynamic style that synchronizes breath with a set series of postures.

  • Kaia Yoga Sculpt

    Kaia Yoga Sculpt training highlights the fusion of a foundational vinyasa flow with strength training. Using light weights and dynamic movements, this practice is specifically designed to strengthen the body and build lean muscle.

    The sequences combine traditional yoga with strength exercises such as bicep curls, lunges, and squats. These high-energy, upbeat sessions often include cardio intervals to increase your heart rate and stamina.

    In addition to burning calories and improving flexibility, this practice helps create a strong mind-body connection.

Join Lexy and others seeking to explore this ancient wisdom for a satsang where we will comprehensively – chapter by chapter, sūtra by sūtra – explore what Patañjali intended and discuss its application to modern mindfulness. We will cap every session with a shamata mediation practice.

    Our prenatal yoga class supports you through all stages of pregnancy. While pregnancy is a beautiful journey, it can also be challenging. Yoga helps you connect with yourself and your growing baby. In this class, you’ll learn essential breathing techniques and poses to ease discomfort and prepare for birth and motherhood.

  • Mommy & Baby Yoga

    Suitable for babies up to one year old.  

    An opportunity to bond with your baby through breath and movement and to regain strength and stability post-birth. The focus of the class will be on the new mother, with babies integrated into the yoga practice.  This is also an opportunity to meet other new moms in your community, creating new friendships and support systems.
