After that, you can manage or cancel anytime through your Mindbody account under “Manage or cancel contracts. Click here for more information. -
Business's Mindbody scheduling site: Open the My Info screen and select the Account tab. From there, click Manage or cancel contracts.
Business's brand-specific site: Open the Passes tab and click Manage or cancel contracts.
Mindbody app: Tap Profile in the navigation bar at the bottom. Then tap the Settings (gear) icon at the top right and select Manage or cancel contracts.
Note: When accessing the Manage or Cancel Contracts screen from the Mindbody app, every contract you have purchased from any business displays.
Mindbody web app: Click your name at the top right and select the Passes & Memberships option from the dropdown. On that screen, click Manage or cancel contracts.
Branded app: Tap the More button in the navigation bar at the bottom, then tap Manage or cancel contracts.
