I have been teaching yoga in Greenwich, CT for over 15 years. Before moving to CT, I was a school teacher in San Francisco. Combining my love for teaching and yoga, I decided to become a yoga instructor. In 2004, I received my certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. Shortly after, I moved to the east coast and continued my studies with Nevine Michaan of Katonah Yoga. Little did I know, I’d meet my future husband there!

Teaching yoga is profoundly fulfilling to me. I strive to help students explore their inner self through expressions of the physical body. I pay special attention to structural alignment while emphasizing breath control and diligent focus. My goal as a yoga teacher is to help students develop a practice that empowers them to live a happy and healthy life.

I am grateful to all of my students who give me the opportunity to share the joy of yoga.
