David J Rubin is from Wallingford, CT, and has been teaching yoga since 2015. As a professional DJ for over a decade, David brings a unique vibe to his classes, measuring every beat from warm up, to the cool down, from classic tunes, to acoustic and deep house covers, to match the energy and pace of his class. David teaches everything from All Levels, Vinyasa Flow, to Gentle, Power, Yin, and his approach is to make yoga approachable & accessible for all, from first timers to the more advanced, so each student find their level of comfort and challenge each time they step on their mat.
