With over 20 years of teaching experience tucked under her mat, Laurie teaches slow, steady, and strong vinyasa classes that are breath-centric and smartly sequenced to counter the fast and furious pace of life. But slow and steady doesn't have to be boring and lame! On the contrary, her classes combine her playful sense of humor and laid-back approach with years (and years) of experience as both a student and a teacher to make the whole experience feel like a celebration for the body, mind, and spirit.
