Nicole specializes in dynamic vinyasa-flow classes, where she blends fluid movement with breath awareness. Her teaching emphasizes precise alignment and technique within creative sequences, fostering physical strength, stability, and flexibility.
A lifelong learner, Nicole continually explores innovative ways to inspire and support others on and off the mat. She holds a 200-hour certification and an advanced 300-hour certification from Kaia Yoga. Beyond yoga, Nicole is also an intuitive energy and sound healer and a skilled Thai bodywork practitioner, offering a holistic approach to wellness and self-discovery.
