Be All In
A Three-Part Chakra Yoga Retreat Series with Melissa Hall
Awaken • Align • Embody
June 28 • July 19 • August 23 | 8:00 AM–2:00 PM | North Haven
A Full Journey Through the Chakras
Chakras are the energetic architecture of our inner world. Just as the physical body is made of structure and systems, the energetic body is made of prana (life-force energy), nadis (energy pathways), and chakras—centers where body and consciousness meet.
When energy flows freely, we feel clear, connected, and alive. When it becomes blocked, we feel stuck, reactive, or disconnected.
This three-part retreat series is designed to guide you through the full spectrum of your inner landscape—from grounding and stability, to openness and connection, to clarity and expanded awareness.
Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, alignment exploration, and reflection, each retreat becomes a step toward a more embodied, present, and aligned version of yourself.
