Who is the program for? Anyone interested in:
Learning the basic principles of meditation
Deepening their knowledge and practice
Learning the tools to teach others
This training is open to all not just teachers to develop or deepen your knowledge of meditation; includes basic instructions on how to teach.
Meditation instruction and practice is a beneficial addition to all other modalities, including one's every day life and relationships. It is our ability to bring attention to the present moment without judgement or bias and see what arises. This is done with gentleness and precision. The overall feeling is one of curiosity and kindness to ourselves. This allows the syncing up the body and mind. In the same way we sync up the body and breath in yoga.
