Our Beginner Yoga class is all about keeping it simple, gentle, and fun. We’ll stretch, breathe, and move together in easy ways that help your body feel good and your mind relax.

No fancy poses or experience required—just comfy clothes and a smile. Think of it as a sweet little reset for your day, with plenty of space to learn at your own pace.
