• Business's Mindbody scheduling site: Open the My Info screen and select the Account tab. From there, click Manage or cancel contracts.

• Business's brand-specific site: Open the Passes tab and click Manage or cancel contracts.

• Mindbody app: Tap Profile in the navigation bar at the bottom. Then tap the Settings (gear) icon at the top right and select Manage or cancel contracts.

• Note: When accessing the Manage or Cancel Contracts screen from the Mindbody app, every contract you have purchased from any business displays.

• Mindbody web app: Click your name at the top right and select the Passes & Memberships option from the dropdown. On that screen, click Manage or cancel contracts.

• Branded app: Tap the More button in the navigation bar at the bottom, then tap Manage or cancel contracts.

Eligibility Guidelines

• Teachers: Eligible for 10% off adult memberships.

• First responders: Eligible for 10% off adult memberships.

• Seniors: Anyone aged 65 or older qualifies for 10% off adult memberships.

The 10% discount applies to adult memberships only and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless specifically approved by Kaia Yoga.
