Jocelyn Alfieri

Jocelyn Alfieri is a Darien native. She grew up with a passion for horses and was introduced to yoga through her riding instructor around 12 years old. She made the decision to become a certified teacher after a yoga retreat to Colombia in March of 2024. She completed her 200 hour training in October 2024. Most recently she did a Nidra training in May of 2024. Horses, mental health and physical movement, specifically with sports performance have always been of high interest for her and she is excited to have to opportunity to share yoga and breathe work with others.
