I am honored to share a class with you! I completed my 200 hour YTT with Kaia and it exceeded my expectations in every way. I have also begun the 300 hour training this year. As someone who was introduced to yoga later in life, I feel passionately that anyone and any body type can pursue a meaningful yoga practice.

After all, asana (the physical practice) is only one of the eight beautiful limbs of this ancient practice.

By connecting how you feel in your body and focusing on the breath, any Kaia practice will leave you feeling balanced and restored. I look forward to welcoming you to my class!
