Tina DeNapoles
Tina has been teaching Yoga for 15 years. Her love of the asanas and yoga teachings has helped to inspire many students. Tina is trained in vinyasa, kundalini, and Yin yoga . She loves to show her students how to bring Yoga into their everyday lives to obtain strength, flexibility and peace. Tina urges her students to continually show up on their mat so that they can live their best life! Through meditation and movement comes health and Peace!
