As a RYE-500 certified yoga teacher, I've had the privilege of sharing the transformative power of yoga with others. My journey began in 2016, when I discovered Kaia Yoga and started training with the inspiring Gina Norman.
Initially, yoga was a personal sanctuary – a way to unwind and recharge as a new mom. But as I deepened my practice, I discovered a profound connection between body, mind, and spirit.
For me, yoga is a journey of self-discovery and growth. It's a reminder that our capabilities are limitless and that mindfulness and breathwork can set us free.
As a teacher, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where students can explore their own unique path.My classes blend elements of hatha,Vinyasa,Yin and Restorative yoga, focusing on mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation.I encourage students to listen to their bodies, honor their limitations, and cultivate a deeper connection with their inner selves.By incorporating hand adjustments into your yoga practice, you can experience a deeper sense of connection, relaxation, and overall well-being.
I believe that the efforts we make on our mats can transform our lives, cultivating authenticity, self-awareness, and inner peace.
Join me on this journey, and let's explore the endless possibilities of yoga together!!
