This interactive course is perfect for all 200hr certified teacher interested in enhancing their teaching skills.
It is designed to ignite your creative passion for sequencing a dynamic and fun class for all levels of students. You will connect with your fellow teachers; learn from each other, support one another over the 2 day program.
It, also, acts as a start date for our 300hr Program.
DAY 1 - THE FOUNDATIONS
- Discuss The Kaia Yoga Method
- Learn the 4 Themes: Philosophical, Physical, Alignment, Peak Pose
- Review of the Asanas (with strong focus on alignments and variations)
DAY 2 - THE INTERACTIVE APPLICATION
- Put in place what you learned
- Create a dynamically sequenced class using the 4 themes
- Practice, Practice, Practice. Teaching. You will practice teach what you’ve learned.
Course Preparation:
1. Create an account on our training platform, Thinkific, to gain access to the course manual
2. Review the manual and watch the videos for each section
