We begin with a short introduction to the current moon phase and astrological sign, offering insight into the themes and energies present—what you may be invited to release, embody, or call in.
From there, we move into ~30 minutes of slow, grounding yoga designed to support nervous system regulation and embodied awareness. The practice is intuitive, accessible to all levels, and followed by a guided meditation to help you fully arrive.
In stillness, you’ll be invited to pull a tarot or oracle card for symbolic guidance, followed by journaling prompts to deepen reflection and connect with your personal intentions.
